Faculty Aims:

Personal Development, Health and Physical Education is a mandatory subject that must be successfully completed by all students from years 7 to 10.
In the classroom for theory lessons you can expect your child to have access to up to date health information which focuses on the physical, social, mental and emotional components of our lives.
During practical lessons either out on the sporting field or under one of our many covered areas, your child will be provided with diverse and challenging activities. Our lessons are focussed on enhancing individual movement skills while encouraging fitness, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Excellent HSC results in 2014. PDHPE students received eight Band 6s and nine Band 5s in the HSC
Bill Turner Cup Boys – 4th
Under 16’s Boys Futsal – State Champions
6 Swimmers representing BPHS at Combined High Schools State Swimming Carnival
9 students representing BPHS at Combined High Schools State Athletics Carnival
8 students representing BPHS at Combined High Schools State Cross Country Carnival
21 students received awards at the Zone Blues Ceremony
11 out of 22 Knockout teams progressing through to the top 16 of the State Knockout Competition
